The name comes straight from the ring — a "rudo" is the wrestler who plays dirty and steals the show. That's the same attitude in every taco.

In lucha libre, the rudo is the wrestler who breaks the rules and steals the crowd's attention — the villain everyone secretly wants to see win. We named the taquería after him because that's exactly how we want eating here to feel: no formalities, bold flavour, and a whole lot of attitude.
